David Blythman is a seasoned professional with an extensive operations management and business development background. With over 30 years of experience, he has held various leadership roles across different industries.

Starting his career as an Operations Manager at BAE Systems, David oversaw operations in Victoria and managed communications for oil and gas platforms in Australia from 2014 to 2019. He then transitioned to Business Development Manager at LV Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, where he worked from 2019 to 2022.

David's passion for community service led him to become the Gippsland Area Manager at Statewide Autistic Services from 2022 to 2024 before retiring. Throughout his career, he has also been chairman of multiple aged care facilities boards for 24 years, chairman and board member at Maryvale Private Hospital, and held a government appointment at Gippsland Tafe.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, David has been an active member of the Rotary Club, receiving the Paul Harris Fellow recognition twice. He completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) course in 2000 and is a Gippsland Community Leadership Program graduate.

With a solid dedication to community involvement and a wealth of leadership experience, David Blythman continues to make a positive impact through his various roles and contributions.
